JAMES SULLIVAN
FOUNDER AND CEO
James began his trading career at The Kyte Group in the late 1990's and has been actively involved in the financial markets ever since. Over the last two decades, whilst still trading his own account on a daily basis, James has run a number of successful groups of traders through leading City clearing houses such as G H Financials and, more recently, Marex Spectron. In 2008 he founded Divento Financials Ltd. and, in that time, has hired, trained and managed numerous successful independent traders. James graduated from Leicester Business School with a BA Hons. in Business Finance.
HANA SEARSON
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Hana is an organisational psychologist and Group Head of Executive Development at Barclays. Before Barclays she was Head of Talent at Inspirational Development Group, and previously spent 11 years at Reuters and then Thomson Reuters in Learning and Talent. She is a Non-Executive Director of Divento Financials Ltd., focusing on increasing social and gender diversity in the financial industry.
She is the co-chair of Barclays Working Families Network; an employee network focused on providing a supportive network to help with the challenges of balancing family, life and work. As well as being a certified Coach, Hana has a degree in English, a Masters in Philosophy, an MSc. in Organisational Psychology and is currently studying a further Master’s degree towards her chartership as a psychologist.
DAVID FELTES
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dave worked with Marquette Partners LLP from 1994 until 2007, moving from clerk to CEO. After Marquette, Dave was a Principal at Oliver Wyman in the Market InfrastructureGroup, consulting with major banks, exchanges, clearing houses and fin tech.
In 2010, he moved to CME Group, managing Group portfolio companies in Dubai, India, Norway and the UK. In 2012, Dave established and acted as COO for CME Europe Ltd., a scaled regional Recognized Investment Exchange of the global derivatives leader. Dave is a Non-Executive Director of Divento Financials Ltd. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, with a BA in politics and economics.
